Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

At Media Pixel, we aim to ensure full satisfaction with our services.

Cancellation:
Clients can cancel services within 24 hours of payment only if no work has been initiated.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed only if:

  • The service was not delivered as committed

  • The client raises a written complaint within 7 days of payment
    No refunds are applicable after services have commenced or been delivered.

All refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take 7–10 working days.
